Mark has over 30 years corporate finance & investment experience having been lead adviser on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions across a range of sectors, personally completing well in excess of 250 deals.
Mark has a proven track record of taking investee companies through their natural life cycle of growth and capital appreciation for all stakeholders. He has recently led the successful exit of investments in Air End Repair, AWS Electronics, Liquidity and DBK.
Mark has most recently led the successful investments into Healthier Weight, the UK’s leading independent provider of weight loss procedures and Architectural Aluminium Coatings a leading provider of powder coating services to the building products industry. He chairs the holding companies for both of these investments.
He is also on the board of Business Juice.
Mark became the chairman of the listed Wilmington Group PLC in 2011 having previously served as a Non-Executive Director with the Group for 6 years. Wilmington has a market capitalisation of £230m and specialises in the provision of information, education and training to professional business markets.

Prior to establishing Jasper Corporate Finance in 2002 Mark was a corporate finance partner at KPMG where he was head of M&A and Valuations for the Central Region of the UK.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys skiing and watching rugby, including following the British and Irish Lions in their last 3 tours to South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.
